Katie Jones, LCSW, CTP-II
Founder, Ironwood Consulting and Care Management, LLC
When someone you love is struggling with substance use, mental health concerns, or trauma, knowing what to do next can feel impossible. I started Ironwood Consulting and Care Management so families wouldn’t have to figure it out alone.
I’ve spent fourteen years in this field as a clinician, working in residential and outpatient treatment settings with a focus on co-occurring disorders, trauma, discharge planning, and family systems. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Trauma Professional, Level II. While the work that we do together is not therapy, that clinical background is what I bring to your family. I know how treatment programs work from the inside, what different levels of care can and can’t offer, and what questions to ask. My job is to help you make clear, informed decisions and advocate for your loved one with confidence.
Through Ironwood, I offer clinical consultation, care management, individual and family coaching, interventions, and treatment placement. I have extensive experience working with families of young adults who are struggling to launch, as well as with families of executives and professionals. Whether you’re family is in the middle of a crisis, choosing a program, or planning for life after treatment, I’ll help you find the next right step, and I’ll stay with you along the way.
I believe when the whole family is supported, the whole family can heal.
I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Utah and my graduate degree in social work from the University of Georgia.
“I believe the greatest gift I can conceive of having from anyone is to be seen by them, heard by them, to be understood and touched by them.”
